Everything was perfect during 2 days, liked its comfortable and unbeatable location very close to restaurants, supermarket drug store and even a food court and a food court and a shopping centre and bus terminal. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and kept the place clean. Hotel's room was clean and lovely with an absolutely stunning view of Kumamoto castle. I had amazing bed, climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge.

Had a Christmas stay at a hotel next to a shopping centre with a rooftop garden, it was convenient and had good views. the room was spacious and had a nice view of a local landmark. Access to restaurants, a supermarket, a drug store and a food court were just a few steps away!

Guests have to transfer lifts at least twice just to reach their room. It is confusing and not a pleasant experience, especially during peak times.

We had an amazing stay with our two small kids at a hotel in a central location with a great view of the surrounding area. The room was very spacious, accommodating all four of us, and we were able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful with all our needs and the beds were super comfortable for a good night's sleep.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tram station and surrounded by tons of restaurants and shops. The building itself was stylish and elegant, with beautiful artwork throughout. One of my favorite paintings was on the 13th floor. The room was clean and spacious, and I had a fantastic view of the castle. The service was outstanding too, with thoughtful details like the staff hanging a bag of fresh towels, toothbrush, and even a yukata on my doorknob. I felt so pampered and taken care of!

I had a fantastic stay at the Koko Hotel Premier in Kumamoto. The location on top of a shopping center was so convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I loved that my room had a nice view of Kumamoto Castle, it felt like sleeping in the presence of samurai guards. The hotel itself was sleek and stylish, and everything was brand new and clean. The staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel warm and welcome. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel for a memorable stay in Kumamoto.
